I find my approach is most beneficial for individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, stress management, and trauma.
I use an eclectic style tailored to you, blending the practical, value-driven strategies of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens. My goal is to help you break free from exhausting cycles, implement self-care that actually honors your needs, and rebuild a lasting sense of inner security.

Yes! I have over 15 years of experience working with youth in various roles, including 7 years as a dedicated therapist.
Building deep trust is the core of my work with younger clients. I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where children and teens feel secure enough to freely process big emotions and learn healthy, practical ways to manage them.

It’s that exhausting state where you’re constantly operating out of chronic overthinking, perfectionism, or the pressure to be “the strong one.”
When your body stays in this high-alert state for too long, that anxiety often manifests as physical pain, exhaustion, burnout, or feeling disconnected. Therapy provides a judgment-free space where you can finally put down that heavy weight, process the root trauma, and safely replenish yourself.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, highly effective therapy designed to help individuals stuck in repeated trauma cycles.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (like side-to-side eye movements or gentle taps) to help your brain naturally reprocess painful memories. This allows you to safely heal from the past and find lasting emotional relief in the present.

Yes. Because healing happens in context, I partner with parents to break through family communication barriers and offer practical support strategies for home.
However, to make therapy truly effective, your child needs to know their privacy is respected. I balance family collaboration with your child or teen’s right to privacy, ensuring they have a safe space to freely navigate school stress, self-esteem struggles, social pressures, family conflict, and more.

Yes, I partner with Headway to accept select insurance plans, which allows us to handle your billing and co-pays directly.
If I am out-of-network for your insurance, or if you prefer private pay, my rates are:
50-minute sessions: $185
90-minute EMDR sessions: $275
For out-of-network clients, I can provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Typically, sessions are weekly, though we may transition to biweekly depending on your needs.
The ultimate goal of therapy is not for you to be in it forever! As you make meaningful progress toward your goals, we will continually check in, reassess, and gradually decrease our session frequency as you work toward successfully graduating from therapy.
